The Zombie Brain is a component and food item added by Thaumcraft 6. It is used to craft the Brain in a Jar, items from Golemancy, and can be consumed as a food item at the cost of gaining temporary Warp. It is the only food item (aside from Rotten Flesh) that can cure Unnatural Hunger. It can be acquired as a player drop from Zombies and Angry Zombies.
