Xtones is a mod by TehNut and Original_Dutch with art by Chloe Dawn. It is an open source implementation of Ztones that uses original textures with permission.

Xtones adds a large number of decorative blocks in a wide range of tones and textures. Blocks are grouped by a common pattern or tone and given a group name. There are 16 variants in each group. Variants are selected by holding down Shift and using the mouse wheel. This recolors the entire held stack. Blocks can then be placed normally.
