The XP Drain is a block from the OpenBlocks mod. This block is used to transport experience from the player into a Tank in liquid form. Walking over an XP Drain when it is on top of a Tank will move the experience from the player to the Tank. Most Tanks should logically be able to work with the XP Drain, but the OpenBlocks Tank is assured to work.
