The XOR Gate is a redstone gate added by Charset, based off of the XOR Gate added by RedLogic. If at least one of the inputs of the gate are trigged and at least one of the inputs is not triggered, the output will activate.
The gate's inputs can be specified via right-click. Before version "0.3.0-pre6", the Screwdriver was used. Additionally, Redstone Torchs can be placed onto an input to force it on.
