Tooltip text | Use to place Track on Shunting Wire |
The Wire Support Frame is a block from Railcraft. It is used to support Electric Shunting Wires and the four types of Electric Tracks in the same block. Without the Wire Support Frame, the tracks would not be able to be placed on the wire, and as a result, the tracks would not be powered. This is for use with the Electric Locomotive.
Version 9.3.0.0 has a couple of bugs with this block. The first bug is that the block will take a very long amount of time to break with a pickaxe, unless it has Electric Shunting Wire placed in it. The second is that, unless mipmapping is off or anisotropic filtering is on, it will have minor rendering issues, making it appear white from specific angles. These bugs are fixed in later versions of Railcraft.
