The Wings Component is a component added by Wearables. It can be worn in the chest slot after being assembled with a Wearable Assembler. It cannot be combined with a Jetpack Component or ModOff Cape Component in the assembler. When worn, it will provide infinite flight to the player when holding space and they will also glide down slowly while falling.
