The Whistle Tuner is a tool added by Railcraft. This tool is used to adjust the pitch of the whistle that Steam and Electric Locomotives make. It can be adjusted by using the tool on a locomotive. The pitch can be checked in the Whistle Pitch: section of the tooltip.
