It can be applied to a Magic Wand on an Arcane Workbench. When a Wand upgraded with this is in a player's inventory or inside an Arcane Workbench, it will recover 1 Mana every 2.5 seconds.
Like other Wand Upgrades, up to 3 can be applied to the same Wand, for a total of 3 Mana gained every 2.5 seconds, but the total number of Upgrades on a Wand is limited by its tier.
