I received your warning of the wiki editing today , I will check myself to try reducing lacking parts. also, I wish you can import more picture/gui for crafting recipes. --Jerry Jam
It's fine, don't worry about it. And you'll find that we actually have all the images you needed. The thing is, everything on the wiki is case-sensitive, so for example "Wood Planks" is not the same as "Wood planks". If you put the second one, it'll come up as a missing image, while the image will come up with the first one. If there are any images/crafting grids that you actually can't find and may be missing, feel free to let me know. By the way, in future put ~~~~ at the end of your posts, it signs them for you automatically, and adds a time stamp. -- AgentTadpole·Stafftalkcontribs 04:03, 30 December 2013 (GMT)
New Image/Image list
I was wondering... Who will know every template name?
And I think that a page filled with all option will be helpful.
BTW, I want some new IC2 machine's template so I can write pages with it.(e.g. Forge Hammer and MetalFormer)
Thanks --Jerry Jam (Signature added by AgentTadpole)
Again, sign all your talk page posts with ~~~~. If you don't understand what that means, talk to me on IRC or on the forums. Until templates are added for all the new machines, describe how you craft items using text. Here is a complete list of templates. However, since I suspect you actually wanted a list of all crafting grid templates, here's a link to that.
We already have the Metal Former GUI, but some special syntax is required for the middle image to work. --
I am noticing the change in IC2 from 1.5 to 1.6 is creating some editing problem, both the crafting and energy mechanics have changed significantly. I was thinking of adding another IC2 title in the mod list, specific for 1.6. (Maybe having a IC2(1.5 or before) + a IC2(1.6 or after)), or simply add a "IC3" to make searching new mechanics much easier. I will help moving stuff over if change is made. Please consider my request so people can use the wiki much easier without any confusion.
