The Ultimate Hybrid Solar Helmet is the highest tier of the Solar Helmet. It is a combination of the QuantumSuit Helmet and the Ultimate Hybrid Solar Panel. It will first check if your armor needs to be charged, then it will check if your tools need charged, if true it will charge. It generates 512 EU/t in clear days, and 64 EU/t during nights and storms, like the Ultimate Hybrid Solar Panel. It can store 1,000,000 EU.

Equip it in your helmet armor slot, and stand under anything that is transparent (e.g. glass, air).
