Tropicraft is a mod created by the Tropicrat Dev Team, which consists of Cojomax99, Newt_head, MrRube, Pablomittens, fotoply, Corosus, Fishtaco567, and Mr_okushama. It adds a new dimension, the Tropical Realm. This dimension is a tropical world filled with new mobs, trees, treasures, and biomes. Most ores cannot be found in the Tropical Realm, though there are many new ores to mine. There are even new types of villagers, which can trade with players for useful items.
Tropicraft adds new music discs as well, three of which were written by the popular electronic musician known as Punchaface. Punchaface wrote Buried Treasures, Low Tide, and Surf. These are in their three-track album, Tropitunes, which can be downloaded on Bandcamp.
Entering the Tropics
Entering the Tropical Realm is achieved by drinking a Piña Colada while sitting on a Chair of your choosing. To do this, you must find a Pineapple, Bamboo Chute, and Palm Tree. The Palm Tree must have at least one Coconut. Break the Coconut with a Sword, and it will drop Coconut Chunks. Make an Empty Bamboo Mug with the Bamboo Chutes, then combine the Coconut Chunks, Pineapple, and Mug. At sunset, sit on a chair, such as a Blue Chair, and drink the cocktail. This will take you to the Tropical Realm on a Sandstone structure, with a strange liquid inside of it. This acts as a portal to exit the realm. To exit, simply drink another Piña Colada while sinking to the bottom of the pool.
