Trick: Switch Focus Slot is a Spell Piece added by Psi. It is used to select the hotbar slot that the Casting Assistant Device (CAD) will use when casting spells that use Spell Pieces like
Trick: Place Block. If the CAD is on one end of the hotbar the slot selected can be looped around to the other end. It can be configured to select an absolute value (where 1 corresponds to the leftmost slot on the hotbar, 2 to the second, and so on) or relative value (where 1 corresponds to the slot immediately to the right of the CAD, -1 corresponds to the slot immediately to the left of the CAD). It is unlocked in the lesson "Detection & Focus."
