The Tormented Enderman Head is an item added by Ender IO. It is used to create the Aversion Obelisk and it can be placed in the world as a block. It (alongside 20 EXP levels) is also used to enchant Ender equipment with Empowered V.

- Similar to regular Enderman Heads, the Tormented Enderman Head will rotate and look at nearby players when placed in the world. If a player stares at the the head, it will begin to shake just like an Enderman's.
