The Tea Seeds are an item added by Better With Addons. They can be planted on tilled Farmland and will grow in 3 stages. When fully grown the plant becomes a random variety of tea, depending on where it is planted, or has a small chance of turning into Double Tallgrass. It will then drop the corresponding Tea Leaves and some additional seeds.

Varieties

The type of tea a plant becomes is random and depends on where it is planted. Each variety has a weight and condition, teas with higher weights are more likely to be chosen and teas whose conditions are not fullfilled will never be chosen. End, Nether and White Tea are special cases. If no variety is valid, then the plant will turn into Double Tallgrass.
