Syringe is an item added by Gaspunk. Its primary purpose is to diagnose potential sicknesses a player has been afflicted with. To do this, an empty syringe must be used by the player until it becomes filled with blood. The player's sicknesses will then be displayed in the item's tooltip. Once a syringe is filled with blood, any player using it will get the same sicknesses the original player was afflicted with, emptying the syringe in the process.
