Steve's Carts is a mod originally created by Vswe and continued by modmuss50 and Nedelosk under the name Steve's Carts Reborn. It allows for custom-built minecarts through the use of configurable Modules. The two main machines from Steve's Carts are the Cart Assembler, where minecarts are configured and built, and the Cargo Manager, where minecarts load and unload collected material and supplies.
