The Steam Turbine is a generator from GregTech used to convert Steam into EU. The conversion rate is 2 liters of steam to 1 EU, however the steam turbine is not 100% efficient and there will be some loss. For example, the Basic Steam Turbine has an efficiency rate of 66%, so 2 / 66% means it actually consumes 3 liters of steam per EU.
