The Spell Drive is an item added by Psi. It is used as an intermediary to load spells from Spell Bullets to Spell Programmers. By crafting a blank Spell Drive with a Spell Bullet the Drive will have the Bullet's data loaded onto it (the Bullet is not consumed). Shift right-clicking with it on a Spell Programmer will load the spell onto the Programmer; shift right-clicking with it anywhere else will clear the saved spell.
