Spawn Mob Herd is a negativeevent from ChaoticKarma. It requires a karma level of the absolute minimum value, 0, and has a 1/1,800 chance of occurring. When it occurs, it will iterate 30 times and have a 1/2 chance of spawning a hostile entity each time. It will spawn on the same Y level as the player, and at X/Z coordinates randomly within 8 blocks in each direction of the player.
