The Spark Tinkerer is a block added by Botania. It is used to change Spark Augments on nearby Sparks.
A Spark Tinkerer can hold a single Spark Augment. When it receives a redstone signal, it will swap the held item with a Spark on an adjacent block. If multiple such Sparks exist, a random one is chosen out of ones with a different item than the tinkerer.
A Redstone Comparator attached to the Spark Tinkerer will output a redstone signal with strength based on the augment held:
Spark Augment: Dispersive - 1,
Spark Augment: Recessive - 2,
Spark Augment: Dominant - 3,
Spark Augment: Isolated - 4.
