Solidified Experience is an item added by Actually Additions. It will occasionally drop from killed mobs instead of Experience Points (XP). Regular Experience Points can be converted to Solidified Experience by using an Experience Solidifier.
Right-clicking it will consume it, at 8 XP per item. Sneak right-clicking will consume the entire stack.
