The Snow Dimension is a dimension added by MoreDimensions.
Entering and Exiting the Snow Dimension[]
Entering the Snow Dimension is similar to entering The Nether. However, instead of using Obsidian, Snow Blocks are used. Additionally, the portal is activated with a Snow Igniter rather then Flint and Steel.
Similar to The Nether, when entering the Snow Dimension another portal is auto-generated within the new dimension.
The Snow Portal makes noise, like the Nether Portal.
Landscape[]
The Snow Dimension's world generation is similar to The Overworld, but it generates Snow and Ice rather than Grass and Dirt and Stone.
Environment[]
Like The Overworld, the Snow Dimension has a sequence of day and night, but without rain.
Mobs[]
There are no mobs implemented in the Snow Dimension yet.
Trivia[]
- Snow Dimension's other name is the Artic Dimension, because it generates Snow and Ice lakes with a world generation similar to the Artic.
