The Smiley Cloud is a block added by Actually Additions. When placed, right-clicking the Smiley Cloud will allow the player to rename it. Heart particles will occasionally emit from the block.

Naming the Smiley Cloud certain names will cause it to hold certain items:
- Etho or Ethoslab makes the Smiley Cloud hold Redstone and changes its head into a Block of Redstone.
- glenthor, glenthorlp or twoofeight makes the Smiley Cloud hold a Cactus Green and changes its head into a Heat Collector.
- ellpeck, ellopecko or peck (the developer, Ellpeck) changes the Smiley Cloud's head into a Phantom Liquiface topped with an Atomic Reconstructor and makes it hold a Phantom Connector.
- tyrex, lord_tobinho or tobinho makes the Smiley Cloud hold a Fishing Rod and a Fish.
- dqmhose, xdqmhose or hose makes the Smiley Cloud hold Sugar Canes and changes its head into a Torch.
