Smelting is an enchantment added by CoFH Core. It can be applied to any tool and has a single level. Any block mined by a tool enchanted with this will have its drop instantly smelted as if processed by a Furnace.
This effect always applies after Smashing and the enchantment cannot be applied with Silk Touch.
