Smashing is an enchantment added by CoFH Core. It can be applied to any Pickaxe and has a single level.
Any ore mined by a tool enchanted with this will have its drop instantly smashed into 2 of its respective Dusts (3 for Nether Ores). This only works on ore blocks that would drop themselves, like Iron Ore.
Smashing cannot be applied with Silk Touch.
