The Sledgehammer is a crafting tool added by End: Reborn. It is used for a variety of "smashing" crafting recipes. It does not take damage from being used to craft. It can be used to smash some vanilla Minecraft resources and, more notably, Obsidian into Obsidian Shards and Ender Pearls into Raw Endorium.
