The Sifter is a Steam Shovel upgrade from Flaxbeard's Steam Power. When installed, it will prevent mined blocks from dropping themselves, or their normal dropped item. Instead, it will have a chance to drop different materials of arguably higher value, when mining dirt, grass, sand, or gravel.
