Selector: Focal Point is a Vector Spell Piece added by Psi. It is used to select the position vector of a focal point - the player for spells cast from Spell Bullets and Loopcast Spell Bullets, the spell circle for Circle Spell Bullets, and the projectile for other bullets like Projectile Spell Bullets. Spells can affect the area within 32 blocks of a focal point, as well as their caster even if they are outside of the area.
