The Scroll of Frost is a single-use Defense spell from the Arcane Scrolls mod. This spell will apply slowness to all surrounding creatures for about ten seconds, at the cost of 20 Arcane Energy. It will not activate if the user is not near mobs, making accidental uses not occur. It is created in the Arcane Tome, costing a single Quill and Scroll, and 10 experience levels to learn.
