The Scaffold is an block added by Charset, inspired by similar blocks in IndustrialCraft 2 and Artifice. It does not appear in JEI, but it exists nevertheless.
It can be climbed, like a Ladder, but it doesn't need another block to be hosted on. It can also be used for decoration.
Recipe
Above is an example recipe; any type of wood can be used, as long as it is all the same type of wood, and the Scaffold will have a texture based on the wood used.
