The Saguaro Fruit is a food item from the Natura mod. It is obtained by harvesting the fruit that grows on Saguaro Cacti after a rainstorm. When eaten, it will restore 3 hunger points, or 1 1/2 shanks. It can also be used as a sapling to grow a Saguaro Cactus if placed on Sand.
