The Rod of the Shifting Crust is a rod added by Botania. By consuming Mana from a player-carried Mana Tablet, the Rod of the Shifting Crust can replace blocks of one type in its range with a different one from the player's inventory.

Usage[]
Shift right-clicking a block with the Rod will set it as the target.
Left-clicking will swap the clicked block with the target block, if any exist in the player's inventory.
Right-clicking a block will swap all exposed blocks of its type in a 7x7x7 volume to the target block, if any exist in the player's inventory.
The base cost of swapping is 40 Mana per block.
Wearing a full set of Manaweave Robes will increase the maximum range to an 11x11x11 area and decrease the Mana cost by 35%.
Having a Rod of the Lands, Highlands or Terra Firma in the user's inventory will provide the Rod of the Shifting Crust with Dirt for their standard mana cost. Rod of the Depths will do the same with Cobblestone. Black Hole Talisman will provide its contents for no additional cost.
Lastly, having a Hand of Ender in the user's inventory will allow this Rod to use contents of the player's vanilla Ender inventory, but will consume an extra 5 Mana per block swapped.
