The Rice Seeds are a seed added by Actually Additions. They are obtained by breaking Grass. Planting them on tilled soil underwater will grow Rice (This has changed from the photo if you are using All The Mods 10). "Wild" Rice will occasionally spawn in the world.

When harvested, Rice will drop 1-3 Rice Seeds and 1-3 Rice.
