The Reversing Hoe is a tool added by Extra Utilities. In Extra Utilities 1.2.3 and later, this tool works like a mundane hoe with unlimited durability.
In Extra Utilities 1.2.2 and earlier: This tool regresses wheat crops back to a previous state when right-clicked. It can also convert Dirt to Grass Blocks, and Cobblestone to Stone.
