The Redstone Board "Picker" is a component added by BuildCraft, which is used to program a Robot and change it into a "Picker" Robot.

The Redstone Board "Picker" can be crafted in the Programming Table by placing a Redstone Board in the upper left slot (shown in the picture) and selecting the Picker. The process consumes 8,000 RF.
