The Pulverizer is a machine from the Thermal Expansion 3. It is used to render ores to dust, and process numerous other blocks/items into other blocks/items. Each ore gives two dusts, which can be smelted to ingots in any smelting device. Many inputs have a chance of producing byproducts in addition to the main output.

Pulverizer operations require between 800 and 4,000 RF depending on the input.
Most ores are turned into two of their pulverized/dust counterparts, many with a chance of byproduct. Ingots may be pulverized back into dust at a 1:1 ratio.
Various crafted items, such as Leadstone Energy Cells, may be pulverized back into their recipe materials with varying degrees of loss.
Several vanilla recipes, such as those for Blaze Powder and Bone Meal, have increased yields when pulverized instead. Other notable uses include converting Stone Brick into Cracked Stone Brick, and Cobblestone into Sand.
