Psidust is a component added by Psi. It is used to make items like Spell Bullets and low-tier Casting Assistance Device (CAD) components.

Psidust can be obtained by right-clicking with a CAD on dropped Redstone in the world without a Spell Bullet selected. This will deal some damage to the player, depending on how much Redstone is being converted.
