The Poster is an item and entity added by Charset. Right-clicking a Poster onto a block will place it. It can be placed upwards, upside down and on the sides of blocks.
Right-clicking a Poster with an item will add that item to the Poster, making that item display in the world. Shift-left clicking will remove the item.
Right-clicking a Poster with the item it was made with will make the Poster grow, and shift right-clicking a Poster with the same item will make it shrink. Similarly, right-clicking with a wrench (or another Poster) will rotate it forward, and shift right-clicking will rotate it the opposite way, while right-clicking/shift-right-clicking with a stick will tilt the item.
