The Portal Manipulator is a component in the construction of the portals within Enhanced Portals 3. This component can be used to install the various Portal Modules into the portal. These modules modify the functionality of the portal.
The Portal Manipulator is only visible with Glasses, and its GUI is only accessible with the Wrench.
The Portal Manipulator has 9 slots for modules, despite there only being 8 modules total in the mod.
