The Portal is a block from Enhanced Portals 3. This block is only created when a new portal structure has created its portal. This block acts very similar to the Nether Portal block, however, since portals from Enhanced Portals require a network connection, walking through a portal with no connection will have no effect.
These blocks are not legitimately obtainable, except automatically by portal structures.
