The Plumper is a passive mob added by Mystical Wildlife. It spawns in small groups on beaches.
It slowly wanders around, fleeing when damaged, and can be bred with any kind of raw or cooked Fish. When killed it drops 1-3 Plumper Blubber and 0-2 Raw Plumper, or Cooked Plumper if it was on fire.
