Turns the target to stone until broken out, with a chance for it to break out when it is dark. The target cannot move or do anything while petrified but is also impervious to all damage.
When cast it turns the targeted entity to stone for 45 seconds, with a range of 10 blocks. Petrified mobs are considered blocks, which will spawn it back when the block is broken or the duration expires.
