The Paving Stone of Travel is a block added by Thaumcraft 4. Walking atop it gives the player Speed II and Jump Boost for about two seconds, although standing still on the block will not give these effects.

By altering the magical structure of arcane stone you are able to create a paving stone that adds new bounce to the step of anyone walking across it.
