The Packer is a type of block added by Modern Industrialization. This machine used Steam or Electricity (LV) to make a lot of compressing recipes like Ingots in Storage Blocks, Double Ingots, Dusts from Tiny Dusts, etc and also recipe of Cables.
The Electric Packer is also used in the recipe of the Quantum Armor and Quantum Sword the endgame armor of the mod. Each part of them need 1 Million EU/t and the corresponding Netherite parts.
Base recipes consume 2 EU/t (2 mb of Steam).
The speed of Steel Packer could be multiply by 2 for 2 minutes by using a Gunpowder on it.
