The Null Modifier is a component added by Environmental Tech. It is used as a base for all other Modifiers (such as the Speed Modifier), which are used in various multiblock structures from the mod.

It has no effect when used in any multiblock, including changing the Redstone Flux cost in Personal and Ranged Nano Bot Beacons.
