NuclearCraft is a tech mod created by tomdodd4598. It focuses on using nuclear power to provide energy. It supports Redstone Flux, Energy Units, Tesla, and Forge Energy power systems. It is currently developed for Minecraft version 1.12.x.
NuclearCraft offers two main methods of power generation, the Fission Reactor which harnesses the power of splitting atoms and the Fusion Reactor which generates power by fusing two atomic nuclei together under immense heat. NuclearCraft takes a semi-realistic view of reactor design and optimization so the mod is well-suited to players who enjoy complex design challenges.
In addition to power generation, NuclearCraft adds a number of single-block, upgradeable machines, similar to those added by other tech mods. NuclearCraft is intended for use in modpacks and does not provide any power cables/conduits.
