NetherPortalFix is a server-side mod created by BlayTheNinth. It fixes a bug from vanilla Minecraft in which travel between Nether Portals is inconsistent (across the dimension). Without this mod installed, sometimes players might travel through one Nether Portal, but when they try to go back through, they would end up in a different Nether Portal in the world. This is a common issue on multiplayer servers.
