The Nanobrush is a tool from Enhanced Portals 3. This tool is used to configure the aesthetics of the Portal Frame, Portal, and Portal Particles. The Portal Frame also includes any controlling devices that are not visible without Glasses.
The Frame customization GUI allows the player to control the RGB values to set a speciifc color, and they can also use custom textures from a resource pack.
The Portal customization GUI allows the player to control the RGB values of the portal, or simply set it to a default color.
The Particles customization GUI allows the player to control the RGB values of the particles emitted by the portal, as well as its base texture, such as a villager face or a heart.
