Internal files

Files have been optimized.
- Recipes files are now organized by series.^{[note 1]}
- Optimized block and item initialization.
- Music discs now have their own texture folder.
- Organized languages files with comments.
- Cappy now have enchanced texture calls.
- Modified and adapated the AI of Toads with the new features.
  - They are notably no longer afraid of horses.

Fixes (3)

#13 – ? Blocks can drop items in solid blocks.
#14 – The creative tabs are named incorrectly.
#18 – Toad's chest and left leg are not precisely aligned with the body.
