Morph-o-Tool is a mod created by Vazkii. It adds a single item: the Morphing Tool.
The Morphing Tool can mimic any wrench, screwdriver, hammer, or wand-made-of-twigs-and-petals.
Morphing Tool[]
To add a wrench style item to the tool, craft the Morphing Tool with a tool from another mod. When the player looks at a block from the mod that adds that tool, the Morphing Tool will completely turn into the other tool, which ensures 100% compatibility with the target block. The item has associated NBT data that changes its name and reverts back to the Morphing Tool when the player looks away. The Morphing Tool does not transform if it is held in the player's offhand.
As the Morphing Tool becomes another tool, it can be used for crafting but it will be lost permanently. When it is in its standard form, it uses the Forge rotation system to rotate blocks. To remove items attached to it, press ⇧ Shift+Q while it is the item to be removed. From version 21 onwards the Tool can be manually morphed by holding ⇧ Shift and using the mouse wheel while the tool is held.
